How to get this if it was implemented (imo):
Markus is no longer the leader of Jericho (died before or rejected)
Connor is deviant, goes to blow the ship and success
Connor interpose soldiers to save Josh from dying (you can't do that in the original game lol)
now Josh is the new leader
→ Canadian boarder police man lets Kara in
